FUMIKA KITANI

Q - 1.Color
L - The most common color in my wardrobe is black. Rather than filling my wardrobe with fancy and trendy items, I naturally chose black because I prefer clothes that can be worn nicely over time. I think I'll wear Ouilara's Formal jacket regardless of the season.
Q - 2.Flower
I like to stick only the collar without mixing other flowers. I usually put three to four flowers on a simple black base, but when I look at it, I am fascinated by the subtle color and elegant silhouette.
Q - 3.Restaurant
L - WELLK is located in a secluded residential area in Meguro. Everything is delicious, including hot appetizer bread just taken out of the oven, salad with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and light soup. Especially, lasagna is my soul menu that I always order whenever I visit!
Q - 4.Scent
L - The scent that I'm really into these days is THAW SUNSET by TAMBURINS. The sweet and pungent note is an attractive scent that I've never smelled anywhere else. Whenever I wear this and go out, I get asked about perfume.
Q - 5.Fashion Brand
L - Like OUR LEGACY, I like clothes that are clunky but romantic in detail. I first learned about The Great Edition when I visited Seoul last winter, and it was interesting because there were many fashion items with elegant yet sensuous touches.
Q - 6.Book
L - On days without filming, I often sit in a quiet bookstore and read books on architecture and art. My recent purchase is 《the art contemporary guide illustrated to》. It is a book that easily illustrates the works of well-known artists such as Jackson Pollock, Yayoi Kusama, Andy Warhol, and Jeff Koons. I would like to recommend it because it will be a great help for people like me who are interested in art to understand contemporary art.
Q - 7.Camera
L - I like to capture beautiful scenery or take pictures of buildings, so I always carry a vintage camera with me. This is Sony's Cybershot DSC-WX100, which I bought a year ago, which is my favorite camera. Especially, if you use flash when shooting in a place with a pretty background, you can capture attractive scenes and zoom in shots are sentimental.
Q - 8.Architecture
L - I enjoy going around to appreciate the works of my favorite architects. When I visit the buildings of Ando Tadao, Kuma Kengo, and Kazuyo Seiza, I feel ecstatic and can feel as beautiful as a dream. I want to leave to see the works of Philip Johnson and Mies van der Rohe someday.
Q - 9.Lipstick
L - I always buy a different color, but it's always coral pink. (Laughs) I only carry one failed tone lip color in my bag because I do minimal makeup with lipstick and mascara. The lip lacquer from Hera and Amuse that I bought in Korea last year is still my favorite item.
Q - 10.Jewelry
L - An accessory often worn to add a point to the monotonous look is a hand cuff that covers the back of the hand. I wear Japanese handmade jewelry brand GAGAN products every day, and I like the mysterious feeling with the addition of a snake motif at the end.

Q - 1.Color
L - 옷장에 가장 많은 컬러는 블랙이다. 화려하고 트렌디한 아이템으로 옷장을 가득 채우기보다는 시간이 지나도 근사하게 입을 수 있는 옷을 선호하다 보니 자연스레 블랙을 찾게 되더라. 오늘 착용한 위라라의 포멀 재킷은 계절에 상관없이 두고두고 잘 입을 것 같다.
Q - 2.Flower
L - 다른 꽃들을 믹스하지 않고 카라만 툭 꽂아두는 걸 좋아한다. 주로 심플한 블랙 베이스에 3~4송이 꽂아두곤 하는데, 가만히 보고 있으면 미묘한 컬러감과 우아한 실루엣에 매료된다.
Q - 3.Restaurant
L - 메구로의 한적한 주택가에 위치한 웰크(WELLK). 오븐에서 막 꺼낸 따끈한 식전 빵과 신선한 제철 과일과 채소를 드뿍 올린 샐러드, 담백한 스프까지 모든 메뉴가 다 맛있다. 특히 라자냐는 방문할 때마다 꼭 주문하는 나의 소울 메뉴!
Q - 4.Scent
L - 요즘 푹 빠져 있는 향은 탬버린즈의 쏘 선셋(THAW SUNSET)이다. 달콤하면서도 알싸한 노트가 어디서도 맡아본 적 없는 매력적인 향이다. 이걸 뿌리고 외출하는 날에는 꼭 향수에 관한 질문을 받곤 한다.

L - 아워 레가시(OUR LEGACY)처럼 투박하지만 디테일에서 낭만성이 느껴지는 옷을 좋아한다. 더그레이트에디션은 지난 겨울 서울을 방문하면서 처음 알게 됐는데, 우아하면서도 감각적인 터치가 가미된 패션 아이템이 많아 흥미로웠다.

L - 촬영이 없는 날에는 고요한 서점에 앉아서 건축과 아트에 관한 책을 보곤 한다. 최근 구매한 책은

L - 주변의 예쁜 풍경을 담거나 건축물을 촬영하는 것을 좋아해 빈티지 카메라를 항상 들고 다닌다. 1년 전 구매한 소니의 사이버샷 DSC-WX100 은 내가 가장 아끼는 카메라다. 특히 배경이 예쁘지 않은 장소에서 촬영할 때 플래쉬를 사용하면 매력적인 장면을 담을 수 있고 확대 샷도 감성적으로 나온다.

L - 좋아하는 건축가의 작품을 감상하러 다니는 걸 즐긴다. 안도 다다오와 쿠마 켄고, 세이자 카즈요의 건축물을 방문하는 순간은 황홀하다 못해 꿈처럼 아름답게 다가온다. 언젠가 필립 존슨, 미스 반 데어 로에의 작품을 만나러 떠나고 싶다.
Q - 9.Lipstick
L - 항상 다른 컬러를 산다고 사는데 고르고 보면 늘 코랄 핑크다. (웃음) 립스틱과 마스카라 정도로 최소한의 메이크업만 하는 스타일이라 가방에도 페일한 톤의 립 컬러 하나만 갖고 다닌다. 작년에 한국에서 구매한 헤라와 어뮤즈의 립 래커는 아직도 잘 쓰고 있는 나의 페이버릿 아이템이다.
Q - 10.Jewelry
L - 단조로운 룩에 포인트를 더하기 위해 자주 착용하는 액세서리는 손등을 감싸는 형태의 핸드 커프다. 일본의 핸드메이드 쥬얼리 브랜드 GAGAN 제품을 매일 착용하고 있는데, 끝 부분에 스네이크 모티브가 더해져 신비로운 느낌이 드는 부분이 마음에 든다.
