About Katya Fedina
She has various jobs as an actress, model, and graphic designer. At 25, she is still searching for herself and finds joy in the present moment and the little things around her.
Q - 1.Tell me about yourself
L - I have loved movies ever since I was a child. I spent so much time watching movies that I sometimes missed school to go to the theater. I never thought I would be a part of the world of movies, but as a 19-year-old actress, I got the opportunity to appear in my first movie. It was a really special and unexpected opportunity. The good reason for acting is that I can experience the impossible as someone other than myself, and experience the process and discover amazing possibilities for myself.
Q - 2.Why did you move to Paris
L - As a teenager, I was immersed in Jean-Luc Godard's movies. I started to love Paris since then. I started learning French, listened to French music and enjoyed watching French movies. I decided to move to Paris with my boyfriend, leaving my hometown Russia in 2022. Two years later, beautiful people in Paris, coincidences and fun things still surprise me.
Q - 3.Best part of Paris
L - Belleville is literally the best place in the world to me. I live in this area right now, and Belleville Park next door to my house is one of the most beautiful parks in Paris. Art studios, you can enjoy the simple and quiet streets lined with restaurants from all over the world, and visiting Asian grocery stores in particular is one of the joys of everyday life! I often bring dumplings, ramen, and kimchi from there.
Q - 4.Your funny belongings
L - Postcards bought at the flea market, my Fortrait photos, a booklet I got from the cinema when I first came to Paris when I was 17, and a pearl bracelet my grandmother gave me. All my own fun belongings with precious memories.
Q - 5.Recommend us small movie theatre in Paris
L - Paris has many small but special movie theaters, such as La Filmothèque, Reflet Médicis, Le Champo, and the Écoles Cinéma Club. It is often possible to see works from old classical films or film festivals. They usually visit these places and enjoy watching old independent films.

Q - 1.Tell me about yourself
L - 어릴 때부터 영화를 정말 좋아했다. 극장에 가기 위해 가끔 학교도 빠질 만큼 영화를 보며 많은 시간을 보냈다. 나는 내가 영화라는 세계의 일부가 될거로 생각지 못했지만 19살 배우로서 첫 번째 영화에 출연할 기회를 얻었다. 정말 특별하고 예상치 못한 기회였다. 연기가 좋은 이유는 불가능할 것 같은 경험을 내가 아닌 다른 사람이 되어 할 수 있고 그 과정을 경험하며 스스로에 대한 놀라운 가능성을 발견할 수 있다는 것.
Q - 2.Why did you move to Paris
L - 10대엔 장 뤽 고다르 의 영화에 빠져 지냈다. 파리를 사랑한 건 아마도 그때부터. 프랑스어를 배우기 시작했고 프랑스 음악을 듣고 프랑스 영화를 즐겨 봤다. 2022년 남자친구와 고향인 러시아를 떠나며 파리로의 이주를 결심했다. 2년이 지난 지금도 여전히 파리의 아름다운 사람들, 우연하고 재미있는 일들이 나를 놀라게 한다.
Q - 3.Best part of Paris
L - 벨빌(Belleville)은 내게 단어 그대로 세계에서 최고의 지역이다. 나는 현재 이 지역에 살고 있는데 집 옆의 벨빌 공원은 파리에서 손꼽는 아름다운 공원 중 하나. 예술 스튜디오, 세계 각국의 음식점이 줄 지어진 소박하고 조용한 거리를 즐길 수 있고 특히 아시아 식료품점을 방문하는 건 일상의 즐거움 중 하나! 거기서 자주 만두나 라면, 김치를 사서 온다.
Q - 4.Your funny belongings
L - 플리마켓에서 산 엽서들, 나의 포트레잇 사진들, 17살 처음 파리에 왔을때 시네마에서 받은 책자, 할머니가 주신 진주 팔찌. 모두 소중한 추억이 담긴 나만의 재미있는 소지품들.
Q - 5.Recommend us small movie theatre in Paris
L - 파리에는 La Filmothèque, Reflet Médicis, Le Champo 그리고 Écoles Cinéma Club과 같은 작지만 특별한 영화관들이 많다. 이곳에선 종종 오래된 클래식 영화나 영화제에 참가했던 작품들을 볼 수 있다. 주로 이곳들을 찾아다니며 오래된 독립영화들을 보는 것을 즐긴다.
